How do quotes work?

Send us your destination, dates, and party size via the contact form or WhatsApp. We reply within one business day with a tailored itinerary and starting price. Quotes are free and non-binding.
Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. For trips booked more than 60 days out, we typically require a 30% deposit to secure your booking, with the balance due 30 days before departure. Instalment plans are available on request.
Can you help with visa applications?

We provide visa advisory support for Schengen, UK, US, Canada, UAE and most African destinations — including document checklists, appointment booking, and cover letters. Approval remains at the discretion of the issuing embassy.
Are there group discounts?

Yes — parties of 8 or more typically qualify for group rates on accommodation and transfers, and we can arrange group airfare on eligible routes. Corporate groups get dedicated account management.
What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation terms follow the supplier policies attached to each booking (airline, hotel, tour operator). We share these upfront in writing. We strongly recommend travel insurance and can arrange it as part of your package.
Do you handle corporate travel programs?

Which currencies can I pay in?

We invoice in NGN, USD, or GBP depending on your booking. Bank transfer and card payments are supported through secure PCI-compliant gateways.
